Jenna is passionate about providing a counselling experience that supports clients in developing new skills, healing and empowerment. She works from a holistic counselling approach which focuses on providing a non-judgemental and collaborative environment. Jenna specializes in working with children, youth and families dealing with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict and trauma. She also provides assistance to clients of all ages with a variety of clinical issues. Jenna has specialized training in Lifespan Integration, Connect Parent Group, Play Therapy and Adolescent Self-Harm.
In addition to her private practice she works for a non-profit organization, is a board member of the BC Play Therapy Association and runs the Empowerment Project (a group for girls 13-18).
Masters in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University
Member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#9192).

Jenna believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and focuses on her own self care by swimming, biking and running. She has completed two Ironman triathlons and loves to be active in her community. Jenna surrounds herself with family and friends and when she is not working you can find her running on the North Shore trails.
